Hey,
My name is Blaine Reginald McFadden, and I’m a technologist committed to simplifying the way that we use technology and how to simplify the uses of it for the greater good. Living in Oakland, California, I’ve spent years learning new technologies from my first opportunity working on an Apple Computer to working on some great projects from my time working with Sun Microsystems and Oracle to my time working with Rubrik. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo University, I played a key role in leveraging my skill sets in AI and using LLM models for research in developing hazardous sites. Working with Developers, Architects and Engineers to utilize technology for the greater good. Considering that I am in the technology arena when I speak of Developers I am speaking of Land and Housing developers in California and Georgia areas.
My work has focused on advocating for environmental justice and improving the quality of life for urban communities. Everyone deserves the ability to have a clean space to live without the issues of crime.
